Login issues
Q – Lynx won’t accept my detail
A – Make sure detail is correct. Uppercase and Lowercase in Password
A – Is pin correct
A – Have you been registered by Qode or your program manager
Q – Does my pin expire?
A – Yes it can expire if device is not connected to the internet within 30 days. Please make sure you connect the device at least once a week to some sort of internet for test to submit and for pin not to expire.
Q – I've been "Blocked due to too many incorrect login attempts", what do I do?
A – Firstly, enter your password and click on the little eye-icon next to the password box and check if the password matches. If you are sure that you have the correct password and it's still not working, you can select the option on the main-menu to reset
GPS issues
Q – Main Menu shows “Waiting for current location”
A – Turn on Locations under Android Settings. Select High Accuracy
Portal Login
Q – I can’t login
A - Have you been registered by Qode or your program manager
Q – I can’t see the bulk capturing form.
A – Do you have the role to access bulk capture
Q – What do I do if I forgot my password?
A – Click on the 'Forgot Password?' Button located under the 'Login' button on the login page
A – Contact an Administrator to reset your password for you
A – Contact support by clicking on the lower right button named 'Leave a Message'
Q – What do I do if I did not receive my Forgot Password email link?
A – Please take note that emails can take up to an hour to reflect. Please ensure that the email is not located in your spam folder. Please ensure that the email was typed in correctly and resend the email.
A – If you still haven't received the email please contact support by clicking on the lower right button named 'Leave a Message'
Q – What do I do when I click on the complete registration link and my token is invalid?
A – The token gets saved in the link, so simply closing the window and clicking the link again should correct any accidental changes one might have made
A – The token is valid for one registration only, so if you have completed it before, the link will no longer be valid. If you still cannot login with your credentials, please contact support
Q – What does it mean when I log in and see one the following messages? "It seems that you are not assigned to any group." "It seems that you do not have access to any core features"
A – Please contact your administrator to assign you to a group and provide you with relevant permissions
A – Contact support by Leaving a Message in the lower right corner
Q – What should I do when I see the following message when logging in? "Your data could not be retrieved. The server returned code: ###. Please try again shortly." "Something went wrong. Please check your connection, then try again."
A – Please check your internet connection to ensure you are still connected
A – Please contact support if a page refresh gives the same result
Q – How do I contact support?

Submit records
Q – Where does the test go? Is it on the tablet?
A – Yes it stays on the tablet until you connect to internet. Otherwise it will submit directly to our servers. From there Qode can then pull data and create reports for each month
Uploads
Q – Can I work on App offline?
A – Yes, all records will be stored on device until you connect to internet again, then they will upload
Q – I can’t access Qode Lynx User Management web portal
A – Please make sure your computer is connected to internet
Q – Where can I see how many tests I've captured today?
A – After logging into LynxHealth , click on the Breadcrumbs icon on the top-right of the screen and select "View Status". Next to the 2nd Icon the number of captured tests will be displayed.
Q – My tests are not uploading, what can I do?
A – Login on the LynxHealth Application, click on the breadcrumbs icon on the top-right of the screen and select "View Status". Check the 2nd last icon to determine if you are connected to the internet, and then press the last icon to upload the captured tests.
